How do Corporate submit Graphic Signs in SignShare?

  1. Graphic Signs can be assigned to Stores through the Corporate login. Currently, Pangea handles Graphic Sign assignments for clients that require them. If you need a custom graphic sign, submit a request through the Graphics Submission Form in SignShare.
  2. For Corporates, login to https://signshare.com and choose the layout size for your Graphic Sign. For example select one of either 1up, 4up, 8up or any Duplex sizes, available in the drop down for sizes.
  3. Additionally, specify your Graphic Sign image requirements. Upload the Graphic image that you want to add to your Promotions.
  4. Specify the Menu settings. Select the Promo Cycle, the Market or Stores the Graphic Signs is pushed to. You can also choose Regular, Mandatory or Permanent Graphic Signs.
  5. Choose the Department that you need to make the Graphic Sign available. For example Diary, Produce, Meat or Beverages etc. Select the Quantity and if you need Proportional Sizes, you can add your requirements. Once you Submit the Graphic Signs, it will be available under Ad Cycle Promotions. Check under Create Signs for the newly created Graphics Signs. You can also Download the Graphic upload report.
