SignShare User Guide: Review created Signs in Ad Sign Cycles

Welcome to the SignShare User Guide! This guide will walk you through reviewing created Signs in Ad Sign Cycles in SignShare. Promo signs cycle through different ad phases, ensuring that stores have the correct signage at the right time.

You can access the Promo Matrix under Ad Signs in the left-hand side (LHS) menu in SignsShare. Promo Matrix Includes:

1. KIT Prep – Final edits before signs are printed.
2. Next Ad – Signs for the upcoming ad cycle.
3. Current Ad – Active promotional signage.
4. Promo Flip – Signs transition every Tuesday morning to the next cycle.
5. Mandatory & Graphics Signs – These also appear within the Promo Matrix.

How to Access the Promo Matrix

1. Log into SignShare.
2. Navigate to the LHS (Left-Hand Side) menu.
3. Click on Ad Signs.
4. Select Promo Matrix.
5. View the current and upcoming promotional signage.
