How do I use batch filters in Batch printing?

  1. Batch filters allow you to efficiently organize and print batches of Tags or Signs in SignShare. By applying filters, you can easily narrow down your search to batches that are Printed, Pending Print.
  2. Apply Filters to find the right batch in SignShare.
    Printed – Displays batches that have already been printed.
    Pending Print – Shows batches that are ready to be printed.
  3. Select the batch name from the filtered results, review and Print. Under Print Ready tab, localte the print liks and generate the PDF preview. Print the batch using the in-store printer.
