   Absolute font size
   a font size that is not dynamic or variable and will never change size or proportion, thus creating a situation where content is potentially truncated due lack of space.
   Accumulation
   a process by which files are stored, “accumulated”, until required to be processed.
   Art
   graphics and images used in a sign or tag.
   
   
   C
   CYMK
   Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and Black.
   
   
   D
   Download
   a postscript file ready for print.
   Downloading
   the process of taking the composed data (sign, tags, or strips) and converting them to a download.
   
   
   F
   FTP
   file transfer protocol. A folder used to receive uploaded files.
   
   
   P
   PR3
   Production reporter 3 (Sheet in SST where print production issues are logged for dev to review).
   
   
   S
   SSO
   Single sign on.
   
   
   T
   TAM
   Technical Account Manager.
   
   
   TCM
   Technical communications manager (Sheet inside SST to track and manage intra-company technical communications between the field and TAMs).
   
   
   V
   Valid thru date
   the date the tag or sign expires.
   W
   WAM
   weights and measures.
